IT WAS A PRESIDENTIAL FAILURE IN 2004, BUT NOW?
Here's a quote from Lurch back in 2004 opining about vaccination shortages being GWB's fault. How about todays vaccine shortage, wouldn't that be "Teh One"'s fault as well, Lurch?
